Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any products, including Mice, Controllers, and Headphones. 1. User Agreement & General Obligations

By placing an order with MenTide, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all transactions. All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account-related data used in connection with your order, and for all activities that occur under your order details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or errors in product pricing or availability. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per household.

2. Product Information & Pricing

MenTide strives to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images for all Mice, Controllers, and Headphones. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely error-free, current, or reliable. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item, even if the order has been confirmed.

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless explicitly stated. These additional charges will be presented to you before you finalize your purchase.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MenTide, its directors, employees, affiliates, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our website or products; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (c) any conduct or content of any third party on our platform; or (d) any product purchased through our store.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of any product shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the MenTide website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MenTide or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of MenTide.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without the express prior written permission from MenTide. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MenTide. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any unused, unopened product in its original packaging.
Condition of Product: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags, seals, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of the return.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, headphones that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, excluding the original shipping cost.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MenTide operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought solely in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
